Protocols

FTP, HTTP, AS2, SFTP, and SSL connections are configured at the Site level and can be enabled or disabled at the Site or Settings Template, or per user. The port through which the user connects is determined at the Site level.

If the check box contains a gray check mark, the user or Settings Template is inheriting permission from the parent level.

To enable a connection protocol for a Settings Template or a user

  1. In the Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.

  2. In the left pane, click the Settings Template or user that you want to configure.

  3. In the right pane, click the Connections tab.

  4. Do one or more of the following:

  5. Click Apply to save the changes on EFT Server.
