You can delete any reports that you no longer use. Once deleted, you cannot recover the report unless you previously exported and saved it.
To delete reports
In the Administrator, connect to the server, then click the Server tab. You should be connected to the reports database.
In the left pane, click the report, then do one of the following:
On the main menu, click Reports, then click Delete Report.
Right-click the report and click Delete Report.
Click Remove.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes to delete the report. The selected report is deleted.
