Add a Custom Drop-Off Message

As the EFT Arcus Management Site user, you can add custom HTML to the Drop-Off portal for things like instructions to the end user. The user account must reside in the EFT Arcus server, but the home folder should route back to the Arcus Management VFS folder (i.e., user home folder set to /ArcusManagementVFS/). (Refer to Creating an Arcus Management Site User for instructions, if needed.)

To add a custom Drop-Off message

  1. Create a file named dropoffmessage.htm. The filename is not case sensitive. You can use HTML authoring tools or a text editor, such as Notepad. Images are not supported.

  2. Login to EFT Arcus using the EFT Arcus Management Site user account.

  3. Navigate to the /Custom/WTCMessage/ folder and upload the dropoffmessage.htm file to the folder.

  4. Log out as the Management Site user, then log back in as a regular user to verify the custom drop-off message appears.
