Report tab

The Grid Report Viewer defaults to the Report tab. The Report tab view displays your report information, in a grid view, columned format. The column headings vary depending on the type of report being displayed and are defined by the report.

NOTE: To change the number of rows that display per page, change the Report rows per page value in the Reports Tab of the User Preferences window.

Click a column heading and select Columns to display a list of the column headings in the report. You can select which columns you want to display or hide in the Report view.

Information in the report that differs from your security policy or recommended settings is highlighted in color, as specified in the User Preferences Policy window.
