If you are having problems connecting to EFT Server, verify the following information:
Your username and password are correct. Each is case sensitive.
The Host (the IP address) and port are correct. See Remote Administration.
The IP address from which you are trying to connect is allowed to access EFT Server. See Controlling Access by IP Address.
The GlobalSCAPE EFT Server service is running. See Starting and Stopping EFT Server.
The network connection is functioning.
If the GlobalSCAPE EFT Server service is not running, you may be able to start the service remotely. |
