Grid Report Viewer

The Grid Report Viewer displays your reporting data in a grid format. You can further customize or edit the report data using the filtering and sorting options available in the Grid Report Viewer tabs.

You can maximize the report view or any of the Grid Report Viewer tabs by clicking on the Maximize/Restore button in the upper right corner of the Viewer. Click the button again to restore the view to its normal size.

NOTE: External reports marked with an "x" (e.g.

) do not include the Columns/Sorting tab or the Filters tab. For more information, see Working with External Reports.

If the report being displayed in the Grid Report Viewer uses filters or sorting criteria, the first page of the report does not display until all records are retrieved and have been filtered and/or sorted. A message displays in the Grid Report Viewer that indicates the percentage of records reviewed as Powertech Compliance Monitor for IBM i searches for records that match the filtering/sort criteria.
