Status Properties
The Status Properties page shows you information about a status and allows you to make certain changes to it.
Working with the Status Properties page:
To open the page from the Status Center, clicktap the status you want to work with. You can see the product, node, and host that's involved.
There are several sections on the page:
-
Details: Displays the severity of the status (Attention, Warning, or Informational), when it was sent from the node, when it was received on the host, and the message text.
To assign this status to someone, clicktap the Look Up button and select the user.
For statuses with reply options, such as those coming from Robot Console, type a reply by Enter Reply, or clicktap Look Up to select one from the list. Note: If the product or application the reply is sent to doesn't recognize it, the reply is recorded in history and the status reverts to Reply Waiting.
-
Notes: Provides a way to track additional information that's relevant to the status. Type the Ticket number and Notes in the fields.
-
History: Lists every action related to the status, and the date and time it occurred.
You may see buttons at the top of the page:

-
