Create a New WS API

New WS APIs are created (but not completely defined) as part of the WS Connection creation process. This typicaly involves.

1. Start by creating a new WS Connection.

   As part of this process you must specify a New WS API (this will initially be blank) that will be associated with the new connection.

2. Finish the connection creation process.

3. Once the blank API is created return to the WS APIs screen shown here to edit and finish the API definition by adding Requests and Variables.
